HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GRAPES?
We grow Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in our own vineyards and also source fruit from some of the most highly regarded Russian River Valley vineyard neighbors. Please see our map for more details.

We plan to offer our limited production wines to our list members on a first come first served basis. Appellation wines will first be offered to our members; then be made available for restaurants and fine wine shops. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO ALLOCATE ALYSIAN WINE?
Since production is limited, availability will be on a first come, first served basis. Vineyard designated wines will be produced in extremely small quantities, which may limit their allocation. We will make every effort to fulfill your order request based on your date of enrollment and the date your order was received. To insure receipt of each release please sign up a Member of our Auto Ship Program.
Restaurants & Fine Wine Shops: Larger production wines (Appellation and specific designates) may be distributed to select restaurants and fine wine shops throughout the country. Please note some limited-production wines may only be offered to our list members. As modest production increases allow, we will open new markets for our wine. AS A MEMBER OF THE LIST WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY ALL ALYSIAN WINES RELEASED?
We will make every effort to fulfill purchase requests on a first come, first served basis with priority given to the long standing members of our list. Please note that our wines are produced in very limited quantities. Many releases will be 200 cases or less. To insure receipt of each release please sign up a Member of our Auto Ship Program. Please note the Auto Membership will be limited.
CAN I PICK UP MY WINE ORDER AT THE WINERY?

DO YOU SEND OFFERINGS AND NEWSLETTERS BY E-MAIL AND REGULAR MAIL?
We plan to send winery updates primarily via email however we may utilize regular mail on occasion. This will include our spring and fall allocations and winery updates. Should you wish to receive only e-mail correspondence please contact us. Our first offerings will be September 2009.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Unfortunately, legal restrictions mean we can only ship wine to states that permit direct shipments to consumers. Your date of birth is required as more states adopt the direct shipping plans. All appropriate state taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The laws and lists of allowed states are always changing, so call us to find out the latest news.
Your shipping address must be a physical location (no PO Box), preferably a business where someone over 21 years of age can accept shipment; we cannot be held responsible for wines stolen or left without signature. For CA, AZ, OR and WA we will ship ground for all other states we will ship 2-Day Air. For those states where temperatures may be extreme we encourage you to utilize a third party shipper and ship only as weather permits. Please contact us for additional shipping options.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
The information you provide Alysian Wines will not be shared under any circumstances without your consent.
We utilize the information you provide to offer a superior level of customer service that reflects the quality and scarcity of our wines. Email communications to our list subscribers will be sent only to those who have expressly given Alysian Wines permission to send them such information.
